PARTS POLICY

Parts returned within 30 days from the date of purchase that are normal stock parts** for Agri-Service will not be charged a re-stocking fee. Normal stocking parts returned between 31-180 days incur a 50% restocking fee. Parts returned after 180 days will not be accepted.

For Online (E-Commerce) orders, all claims and returned goods must be in new condition in original packaging and accompanied by the bill of sale. Parts returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Returned parts will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Special order parts may be returned within 30 days from the order date (this excludes any discounted or vendor direct shipped parts). Credit for parts returned will be subject to the vendor’s return policy and restocking fees. Non-stocking special order parts (any vendor) are subject to a minimum fee of 50% and no greater than 90% restocking fee.

Any parts used or installed including electrical, are non-returnable. Defective items will be replaced with the same items only. Refunds are based on original payment type. If the refund is for a cash customer and the transaction is under $25.00, it will be refunded with cash or check. All returns are subject to the approval of the Parts Manager.

Core returns will be credited at the time the core is physically returned and if it meets the core criteria. If the core is rejected by the vendor, the core will be re-billed to the customer.

Any deviation of above policy is at the sole discretion/agreement of the Parts Manager.

**Normal stock part meets re-order sales history criteria of 2 hits in 12 months.

**Special Order Part is a non-stock part.
