Ryan Hermann – Sales Operation Manager, Lewiston, ID
Ryan Hermann, the Sales Operations Manager for Agri-Service, has spent his entire career in the ag industry—whether he planned to or not. Coming from a family deeply rooted in farming and agricultural technology, he grew up surrounded by the industry. Still, he didn’t initially intend to make it his career. That changed when he started working there over the summer at 15, and from there, his path was set. After Agri-Service acquired Blue Mountain Ag, Ryan worked as a mechanic for years before diving into precision ag, eventually leading the PTx team.
For Ryan, precision farming is exciting because it’s constantly evolving. He has a deep appreciation for technology, especially when it improves efficiency and helps farmers save money. One of the innovations he’s most excited about is Symphony Vision, an AI-powered system that detects weeds and enables targeted spraying—helping reduce chemical usage and increase effectiveness. He takes pride in how PTx identifies challenges on the farm and provides cutting-edge solutions to overcome them.
When he’s not leading the charge in precision ag, Ryan enjoys watching Gonzaga basketball, even traveling for games when he can. He and his wife stay busy with their five-year-old son and young Doodle named Tilly. This year, Ryan is stepping into a new role—coaching his son’s T-ball team, a challenge he’s just as excited about as the latest advancements in ag technology.
Addison Schagel – PTx Product Specialist, Heyburn, ID
Addison Schagel has been with Agri-Service for three years, starting in the parts department before moving into his current role as a Product Specialist. His connection to agriculture began at age 13 when he started moving irrigation pipes and doing farm work in Oakley, ID. After a brief time in other industries, he returned to farming in 2019 and eventually joined Agri-Service.
What excites Addison most about precision farming is the rapid evolution of technology. He enjoys seeing new advancements each year and helping farmers integrate them into their operations. His favorite PTx products are planters because they remind him of building with Legos and offer endless customization for farmers.
Originally from Arizona, Addison spent part of his childhood in Germany before settling in Oakley. He and his wife, Kaydee, have been married for three years and have two young sons, Bayler (16 months) and Caysen (4 months), along with their two dogs, Nigel and Qi’ra. In his free time, he enjoys golfing.
Donnie Tebow – PTx Product Specialist, Moses Lake, WA
Donnie Tebow joined Agri-Service in November of 2024, bringing six years of experience from a local tractor dealership. He started as a shop technician before advancing to a field role and later specializing in potato and hay equipment. His transition into precision ag began with GPS technology, sparking a deep interest for the field.
Growing up on a family farm in Moses Lake, Donnie has always been rooted in agriculture. He believes technology is the future and enjoys working with innovative equipment. His favorite PTx product is the GFX series of displays, which he appreciates for their advanced capabilities.
When he’s not assisting customers, Donnie spends time with his three daughters (ages 16, 15, and 8) and his two huskies. He also enjoys dirt biking, snowboarding, wake surfing, shooting, and mountain biking.
Ryan Payne – PTx Product Specialist, Sugar City, ID
Ryan Payne is one of the newest members of Agri-Service. He joined our team in early 2025 and works out of Sugar City, ID. He previously worked as a territory manager for Staheli West but wanted a role that kept him closer to home while remaining in the agricultural industry.
His journey in ag began with a custom hay operation, where he ran equipment and gained firsthand experience in the field. He’s particularly excited about the future of precision technology, especially advancements in automation and drone technology. His favorite PTx product is Trimble auto guidance, which he has seen enhance efficiency in farm applications.
Originally from Homedale, ID, Ryan enjoys tactical and night vision shooting in his free time.
Thomas Armstrong – PTx Product Specialist, Pasco, WA
Thomas Armstrong joined Agri-Service in 2024 as a Product Specialist, bringing a background in Agricultural Engineering Technology. His career started in manufacturing with Spudnik and a dairy feedlot equipment company, but he was drawn to Agri-Service for its hands-on approach to technology.
Although he didn’t grow up on a farm, Thomas worked in apple and cherry orchards in Chelan, WA, before discovering large-scale row crop farming during college. He enjoys working with precision farming because agriculture is always at the forefront of technology. His go-to PTx products are Precision Planting’s DeltaForce and vDrive, which provide significant farm improvements with a modest investment.
Outside of work, Thomas loves the outdoors—hiking, camping, hunting, and backpacking. He lives with his wife, their two-year-old son, and their hound dog.
