Current Job Openings at Agri-Service
Agri-Service, LLC began its story in 1990 at our first location in Kimberly, which is nestled in the heart of the agriculture belt of Southern Idaho. Establishing this location allowed us to be at the forefront of our community by providing leading equipment, technology, parts and service to the many farmers, ranchers and other agricultural operations in the area.
In 2013, Agri-Service was acquired by the Terteling Corporation and has been growing ever since. With just under 200 employees and 10 convenient locations across Idaho and Washington, we continue to adapt and expand to the ever-changing market needs of our customers through the addition of product lines, services, technologies and even new locations.
An important part of our success story is the incredible people that work at Agri-Service. From our techs, service writers, and parts associates to our admin team up to leadership, every member of the company helps write our story every day.
Our goal is to not only be a preferred retailer to our customers, but a chosen employer in the cities we have locations in. We are proud to have been ranked over the years as a top 20 employer out of 100 privately owned companies in Idaho by the Idaho Statesman. But we know that awards do not tell the entire story of what it means to work at Agri-Service. We strive to be better and meet the needs of our employees every day.

“There is a lot I like about working at Agri-Service, but honestly so much of it comes down to the people. Many people are friends outside of work and can joke around with each other. People take a personal interest in the ups and downs in your personal life. We care enough to watch out for each other and that’s a big one. When I travel there is almost always someone that asks if I will let them know I made it home safely and that small gesture means so much. Knowing that someone is looking out for my wellbeing because it’s honestly on their mind, not just an obligation, to me says a lot about how incredible our team is.”
-Christina Crowner, Service Operations Manager

We know that through the joined prosperity of our community, the greater success we all will have.

“I’ve had the chance to work alongside longtime coworkers who feel like family and new team members who have quickly become friends. While I’m not in the field every day, I regularly spend time with farmers, helping them enhance their operations by providing the latest farm equipment and technology. Agri-Service has opened up incredible career growth opportunities, and it’s rewarding to be part of a close-knit team, all while contributing to such a vital industry.”
-Ryan Hermann, Sales Operation Manager
