Colt Hansen and Michael Damon Step Up as Co-Branch Managers in Pasco

Big changes are happening at Agri-Service in Pasco, and we’re excited to introduce our two new co-Branch Managers, Colt Hansen and Michael Damon! Colt and Michael bring years of experience in agriculture and a passion for serving farmers in the region. Together, they’re dedicated to leading the Pasco location with a customer-first approach and ensuring the best possible service for our customers.

Colt Hansen: Service Expertise and a Passion for Agriculture

Colt Hansen has been with Agri-Service for eight years, serving as the Service Manager, Trucking Coordinator, and now Co-Branch Manager. His journey into agriculture began early, growing up on a farm in the Lower Valley, where his family had an orchard and grew dryland wheat and barley. After finishing school, he started working for another dealership before joining the Agri-Service team.

When asked what he enjoys most about working at Agri-Service, Colt highlights the family-oriented atmosphere. “It’s a great place to work,” he says. Now, as a Co-Branch Manager, he’s looking forward to ensuring that the service department continues to run smoothly while also helping oversee operations at the store level.

Outside of work, Colt stays busy with his growing family. He and his wife recently welcomed a baby girl, joining their two-year-old daughter and three dogs. He enjoys working on pickups and anything that keeps him busy in his free time.

Michael Damon: Deep Roots in Farming and Parts Expertise

Michael Damon joined Agri-Service in August 2024 as the Parts Manager and now Co-Branch Manager. His background in agriculture runs deep—he grew up on a large family farm in Royal City, Washington, where they grew mint and other crops. After spending years working on farms, running a sugar snap pea harvesting operation, and working in the parts department at a different dealership, he moved to Agri-Service.

Michael credits his transition to Agri-Service to a previous mentor, Greg, who initially hired him at a previous dealership and later brought him over when the opportunity arose. One of the things he values most about working at Agri-Service is the ability to run the parts department in a way that best serves the local farmers. “There’s a lot of freedom to make decisions at the store level, which is important because we understand what our customers in this area need,” he explains.

Michael has been married to his wife, Felicia, for eight years, and they have two children, ages six and two. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him racing motocross, mountain biking, or playing golf—sports he has loved since childhood and even went pro in motocross racing!

Colt and Michael are bringing their combined experience, leadership, and passion for agriculture to the Pasco branch. As Co-Branch Managers, they work together to make decisions for the store, ensuring that both parts and service operate at the highest level to meet customer needs.
