Conrad May is Heyburn’s New Branch & Service Manager
Agri-Service is excited to welcome back a familiar face to our Heyburn, Idaho, location. Conrad May has rejoined our team as the new Branch & Service Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for agriculture that runs deep in his roots.
A Return to Agri-Service
Conrad is no stranger to Agri-Service. He previously worked here for three years in application sales, covering southeast Idaho and Utah. His time on the road allowed him to build strong relationships with customers and experience firsthand the impact that quality equipment and service can make. After a brief stint managing the service department at a different tractor dealership, Conrad was drawn back to Agri-Service—a decision influenced by his familiarity with the company, the strong team in Heyburn, and feedback from people within Agri-Service.
Industry Experience & Vision for Heyburn
With experience spanning both sales and service, Conrad understands how all departments must work together to provide the best possible customer experience. As Branch & Service Manager, he aims to ensure smooth operations, improve efficiency, and deliver top-tier service to customers. One of his key focuses will be streamlining service department operations, including timely invoice processing and ensuring every job is completed with the highest standards.
“I’ve been on all sides of the business,” Conrad shares. “From working in service and sales to being a customer myself—I know what a good service department looks like, and I want to make sure we provide that for our customers.”
Deep Agricultural Roots in Idaho
Born and raised in Paul, Idaho, Conrad has been immersed in agriculture his entire life. His family farmed 1,500 acres, and he, his father, and his brother ran a custom application business. With degrees from the College of Southern Idaho and the University of Idaho in agriculture, he has combined hands-on experience with formal education to build a well-rounded expertise in the industry.
Though he grew up running John Deere and Case equipment—along with an old Allis-Chalmers—Conrad’s appreciation for AGCO equipment grew when he first joined Agri-Service. “They have the best spraying equipment,” he says, reflecting on his appreciation for Rogator and Terragator equipment.
Life Outside of Work
When he’s not managing the Heyburn branch, Conrad is busy with various passions. He has been married for 23 years and has three children, ages 20, 15, and 10. Their family also includes a black lab named Autumn.
Conrad is well-known in his community outside of work for making what others call “the best kettle corn on the planet.” Each year, he fires up his 55-gallon kettle to serve up treats at Paul-Palooza. He also serves on the Paul city council and enjoys taking his side-by-side to explore the trails in Mackay.
Looking Ahead in Heyburn
With Conrad leading the Heyburn branch, customers can expect continued dedication to service, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. His blend of industry knowledge, leadership experience, and deep agricultural background make him a great fit for the role.
