Exciting Additions to Our Kimberly Agri-Service Team!
At Agri-Service, we are always looking for ways to strengthen our team and provide the best service possible to our customers. That’s why we’re excited to introduce two new team members who recently joined our Kimberly location! Each brings a unique experience, passion, and dedication to their roles, and we are thrilled to welcome them aboard.
Ray Sheen – Customer Support Representative
Ray Sheen stepped into the role of Customer Support Representative at the Kimberly location in January 2025. He brings valuable experience from his time farming hay with both large and small square balers, giving him a strong foundation in hay equipment—his favorite type of AGCO machinery.
Ray sees being a CSR as much more than just taking orders; he is focused on customer service, problem-solving, and being proactive rather than reactive. While he’s still settling into his role, he looks forward to making a lasting impact on customers’ operations. When he’s not assisting customers, you can find Ray rock crawling in his Jeep Wrangler at Sand Hollow near St. George—his favorite spot for off-roading adventures.
Aaron Tauveve – Service Writer
Aaron Tauveve joined Agri-Service as a Service Writer in September 2024, bringing experience from the off-road equipment industry. Originally from Southern California, Aaron moved to Kimberly in 2019 to experience a change of pace and small-town life. A friend in Jerome introduced him to agriculture, teaching him how to care for cattle and grow crops like alfalfa, corn, and straw. Aaron dreams of one day owning his own ranch and raising Angus cattle.
What Aaron values most about working at Agri-Service is the opportunity for growth, the challenges that push him to learn more, and being part of a team with shared goals. Outside of work, he enjoys BBQ-ing and cooking for family and friends, as well as listening to live country, jazz, and blues music. He has three wonderful bonus children from his fiancée, Amber, and even a pet bearded dragon named Pumpkin Rex!
