What is a Customer Support Rep?
At Agri-Service, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your farming operation. In addition to offering some of the best farming equipment on the market, we are always there when you need us. Our proactive CSRs are just a phone call away and ready to assist with any questions or concerns you have. While our AGCO equipment is well engineered and typically has lower complications than other brands, things happen. We know that you are using this equipment to work hard, and when things break, you can call your local CSR to assist you.
New to AGCO equipment? We understand that transitioning to our brand of products may come with a learning curve. When your new machinery arrives, a CSR will guide you through the process, ensuring you become an expert in a matter of hours or days. You’re not alone in this transition.
And no matter what brand of machinery you run, if you’re a customer of Agri-Service, you will be supported entirely. Between our CSRs, parts, and service teams, your farming operation is in the best hands with a partner like Agri-Service.

Blackfoot, ID 83221
Randy “RJ” Jimenez became a fan of swather/windrower equipment thanks to his father-in-law, who had a hay operation up until his retirement. At Agri-Service, he has the opportunity to help customers daily and expand his knowledge of all types of equipment. As an employee of Agri-Service, RJ feels motivated to grow his career from the top down. He also feels supported by the family-like environment of his team and throughout the company.
From AGCO, RJ knows he can proudly recommend their products to his customers because they stick behind what they manufacture. They are as determined to be there for the farmer as passionately as he is.
One of RJ’s hobbies outside of work is golf, and just recently, he managed to make his first-ever hole-in-one. He was even awarded a congratulatory tag from Titleist in celebration of making the impressive shot with one of their balls.

Kaleb Hotchkiss
Mobile: 208-550-5306
6355 U.S. 95
Fruitland, ID 83619
Growing up, Kaleb worked on an alfalfa farm, which led him to become a huge fan of Hesston balers. Now, as a CSR, Kaleb gets to use his experience with hay and help his customers’ operations succeed with the best equipment.
What he loves about working at Agri-Service is his family feeling for his team at the Fruitland store. Kaleb came to the company in 2021 as a truck driver and has since worked in the CSR role. This transition started with him doing customer visits when he wasn’t trucking, and he realized he enjoyed getting out and helping customers find solutions to their operation issues.
Something he values about AGCO as a manufacturer is that its brands strive to continue making the highest-quality products and backing them up when an issue occurs.
Outside of work, Kaleb coaches baseball and enjoys working on small-engine vehicles like snowmobiles and four-wheelers.

Marsing
Jake Sawyers
Mobile: 208-696-6731
5596 Buntrock Rd
Marsing, ID 83639
Jake’s favorite piece of AGCO equipment is the Massey Ferguson LB 2234 baler because it is an absolutely solid unit and very easy to maintain. Starting out as a service technician, he can provide his customers with the best support possible. With the resources of AGCO, Jake knows that he can further support his customers with the best parts and quick delivery of the resources he needs.
If Jake can save you time and money, he will do whatever he can to do so. In one scenario, a customer had a seemingly trashed header, and the owner was ready to junk it. Thanks to his experience as a service technician, Jake was able to come out to the farm, inspect the header, and correct the issue, saving the customer thousands of dollars in cost and allowing them to resume operation much quicker.
Jake appreciates that as a member of Agri-Service, he and the company are committed to putting the farmer first.
Outside of work, Jake is an avid hunter and participates in competitive shooting events. He is skilled in 3-gun shooting and cowboy action competitions in particular.
Sugar City
Con Briggs
Mobile: 208-221-4895
535 E 9th N
Sugar City, ID 83448
Con owns 3 Hesston balers and appreciates that only a little has changed about them in the last 30 years. They remain reliable, good working, and well-designed pieces of equipment that he and his customers can rely on. Starting at the parts counter, Con has become a CSR in just three years. Now, with his parts knowledge, he likes being able to head out to his customer’s operations and provide the sales, services, and parts they need.
One aspect Con appreciates about being a representative of AGCO equipment is the work they’ve put into resurrecting older equipment brands like Hesston and bringing them back to the forefront of American agriculture.
As a member of Agri-Service, he feels like he is working for a small company but has the backing of a larger company. With this support and his experience and knowledge, Con has been found to give his customers a level of service at the caliber they are looking for.
Speaking of Cons’s experience, when he isn’t working, you can find him farming his own land and ranching a 50-head herd of cows.

His store in Moses Lake is tight-knit, and he appreciates that when he needs to send a customer there, his crew will take care of them. He also likes the sense of family at the store and knows he couldn’t do his job fully without the team. Even companywide, from the top of leadership down to the person who runs the lot, everyone knows your name, and you are not just another number in the corporate structure.
A trait he enjoys about representing AGCO brands is that they strive to be leaders and ahead of the game when it comes to their equipment. They can help him care for equipment up to 40 years old, yet their new equipment is modernizing with technology. He knows he can count on AGCO to back him up when he needs additional support to help his customers. They make his job even easier with multiple levels of AGCO employees willing to help.
Outside of work, BJ competes and helps produce local rodeos. His event is team roping, and he enjoys opening the gates for brave riders or putting on a good show with wild cow milking.
