Trina Flores Named New Branch Manager of Fruitland Store
After 16 dedicated years at Agri-Service, Trina Flores is stepping into an exciting new role as Branch Manager of the Fruitland store. Known for her deep knowledge, warm personality, and unwavering commitment to her team and customers, Trina will be a familiar and friendly face helping to drive agriculture forward in Fruitland.
A Journey Through Agri-Service
Trina’s journey at Agri-Service began in the parts department of the Weiser store. Over the years, her hard work and expertise earned her a series of promotions, from Regional Parts Manager to Parts Manager, and later, Parts Operations Supervisor. Each role brought new challenges, opportunities to connect with customers and colleagues across the Treasure Valley, which further instilled Trina’s solution-based mindset.
Her career path mirrored the evolution of Agri-Service in the region. She has been able to serve the communities of three former stores, Weiser, Nyssa, and Caldwell, which have since been rolled up and operate out of the Fruitland location, along with also assisting at the Northern Idaho and Washington stores. This wealth of experience and history makes Trina uniquely suited to manage the branch and continue building strong relationships with employees and customers alike.
A Lifelong Connection to Agriculture
Agriculture has always been a part of Trina’s life. Growing up in Weiser, she was introduced to the industry at the age of 17, running parts for her first job. Her sister-in-law later encouraged her to join Agri-Service in 2008, and she’s been a part of the company ever since. Having lived in the Treasure Valley her entire life, Trina brings a deep understanding of the community she serves.
As Branch Manager, she draws on her decades of experience to guide her team while maintaining the close-knit atmosphere that Agri-Service is known for. One of her biggest benefits in this role is that she knows her customers and employees very, very well. There is a mutual respect that makes the store feel like family.
What Makes Fruitland Special
For Trina, Fruitland is more than a place to work—it’s home. She describes the store as a welcoming environment where everyone feels like family, whether they’re employees, customers, or visitors from other Agri-Service locations. She’s carried this sentiment throughout her career from day one, and it’s one of the reasons she loves her job.
Life Outside of Work
When Trina isn’t leading the team in Fruitland, she’s busy being a mom and grandmother. With five children, including her oldest son, a professional boxer who travels the world, and seven grandchildren, life is never dull. Four kids currently live at home, three of whom are grandchildren, creating a lively household filled with laughter and love.
In her downtime, Trina enjoys camping and off-roading with her husband. A farmer himself, her husband once worked for Agri-Service before transitioning to farming hay and raising livestock, including cows, chickens, goats, and even turkeys. Together, they share a deep appreciation for agriculture and the rural lifestyle.
Looking Ahead
As Trina takes on her new role, she’s excited to continue building the sense of family and community that defines Agri-Service. Her goal is to foster an environment where employees feel valued, customers feel at home, and everyone who walks through the door knows they’re in good hands.
